Providing mentoring, coaching and professional support for administrators in the region. Meet individually with administrators as well as in small groups along with helping facilitate professional learning as part of the Administrative Collaborative. Specialized in supporting Secondary Administrators. 

• Oversees day to day REN functions (grant funding oversight and reporting) and supports Director in decision making
• Advances the goals of the EAC and the local REN through programming and decision making
• Aligns the mission/vision of the REN with regional educator needs, goals/needs of districts in the region, EAC policy goals, and legislative intent.
• Coordinate and lead efforts using the principles and practices of continuous improvement and human-centered design. 
• Provide organization, leadership, and technical assistance to network members (including staff) to organize around our common goal.
• Represents the OTREN at the statewide level with the Educator Advancement Council and their staff

• Coordinates and helps support execution of events by providing food, resources, & venues. 
• Schedules events, follows up with vendors, pays contracts, & oversees all financials (opens POs, pays presenters, orders resources, books lodging, handles reimbursements, etc.) for all REN events

• Provides coverage of key OTREN events via video & article release
