Oversee and coordinate activities in conjunction with the REN: Manage a nearly $2.5 million grant on behalf of the region, regularly engage with EAC staff, interact with member district/organization reps, and partner with IMESD School Improvement Department on PD. Maintain a Coordinating Body: Hold quarterly meetings), communicate all REN project updates to membership, manage a budget and driver subcommittee to make recommendations, & gather feedback to make adjustments to programming/be responsive to elevated needs of the region.

Oversee REN funded regional projects: Collaborate with project leads & contractors, manage funds and work with contracts, & event coordination.

Helps manage the Oregon Trail Regional Educator Network grant that funds professional development in our region. Duties include: Planning October regional inservice; Managing facilitation of regional programming in our region with an emphasis on gathering data to track participation trends and analyzing feedback to inform changes; Managing regional Design Team work: Umatilla, North Powder, & Pendleton school districts; Issuing PDUs for regional PD participation; Supporting technical assistance efforts for districts related to Integrated Guidance plan implementation; Regional Project event coordination.
