Oregon Trail Regional Educator Network (REN) -

In response to a desire to improve state test scores and increase rigor, Elgin School District partnered with the Oregon Trail Regional Educator Network over the last two years to engage in professional learning designed to affect change in these areas. The Core Collaborative, a professional learning agency, worked with IMESD Instructional Coaches to facilitate trainings meant to increase student agency and improve student learning outcomes. Now, students, staff, and administrators are seeing and feeling the difference.
